You must opt-in to the Promotion. To qualify for the Promotion, you must sign up for a TSG Account during the Promotion Period, verify your identity in order to play on the FOX Bet Sportsbook and opt-in to the Promotion in the Challenges section of your TSG Account. After opt-Ing into the Promotion, you must place your first real money wager on a pre-game proposition wager of any amount on any market available on the FOX Bet Sportsbook within the first seven (7) days of opting-in to the Promotion ; provided that the final price of the wager must be -200 or longer (“Eligible Wager”). If you have previously used your TSG Account to place any real money wager then you are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
If your Eligible Wager loses, you will receive a single Sportsbook Free Bet equal to the amount of your Eligible Wager, up to Fifty Dollars ($50) (“Promotion Bonus”). In the event that your Eligible Wager wins, you will not receive any Promotion Bonus. If applicable, the Promotion Bonus will be credited to your TSG Account within seventy-two (72) hours of settlement of the Eligible Wager. Promotion Bonus recipients will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Promotion Bonus received, regardless of whether the Promotion Bonus, in whole or in part, is used. The Promotion Bonus value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.
