How to Participate:

- Place a wager of $5+ on any sport
- Instantly you will receive $200, in addition to the prize money you receive from the original wager once it settles.
Promotion Period
This Promotion begins at 12:00 AM ET on December 31, 2022, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on February 12, 2023.
Who Is Eligible For Promo
To be eligible for the Promotion players must be 21+ unless otherwise stated, and located in AZ, CO, CT, IA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MI, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, VA, WY (18+) or WV.
Action Required
New Sportsbook players must be physically located in an Eligible State and have never had a DraftKings Sportsbook account, sign up for a new DraftKings Sportsbook account and deposit a minimum of $5, place a minimum DraftKings Sportsbook bet of $5 on any eligible Sportsbook Market during the Promotional Period.
How To Claim a Promo Offer
After fulfilling the requirements, and the qualifying bet won, qualified players will receive a total of $200 in Bonus Bets, and also any profits from their initial investment, if their bet wins. Bonus Bets are distributed as eight (8) $25 Bonus Bets. Bonus Bets are valid for seven (7) days (the “Play Through Period”). For the avoidance of any doubt, the seven (7) day Play Through Period is measured from the time that the Bonus Bets are deposited in the customer’s DraftKings Sportsbook account after the first eligible deposit in the customer’s DraftKings Sportsbook account.
What Restrictions There Are On Your Bonus Bets
Failure to use the Bonus Bets before expiration will invalidate the award. Earned Bonuses are non-transferable, non-refundable, not convertible to real money, and forfeitable. The Bonus Bets must be played one time. It is not included in the award amount returned or won.
What Are Wagering Requirements
Winnings generated from Bonus Bet wins are added to the Cash Balance of the player and can be withdrawn. Bonus Bets are valid on all DraftKings Sportsbooks markets until their expiration.
What Are Restrictions on Withdrawal
Any bet placed during the promotion may not be canceled once it has been placed. Additionally, any applicable bonus rewards on your account shall be void, subject to forfeiture, and may not be transferred or withdrawn.
How To Cancel Participation in Promo
You can contact DraftKings at [email protected] if you wish to cancel your participation in this promotional offer at any point. Should you have done so, you can withdraw the money you deposited through DraftKings’s Terms of Use if you cancel between the commencement of the promotion and the deadline.
