Description of Promotion
Welcome to the FOX Bet Welcome Offer (the Promotion ), where participants who sign up for a TSG Account (as defined below) and place a bet as their first real-money wager (as defined below) get one free bet equal to the amount of their bet, up to $50, if their bet loses.
TSG Interactive USA Services Limited (TSG or the Sponsor ) is responsible for the Promotion. “You” or “Your” refers to the person to whom a Promotion Bonus (as defined below) is issued when the terms and conditions of the Promotion are met.
How to Participate:
- Register and verify your account for real money.
- Click on the View Challenge button and hit the Opt-in button before placing your first bet within the first 7-days of creating your account.
- After Opting-in, place your first real money bet within 7-days and if it loses, the sportsbook will refund it as a free bet up to $50. (Minimum odds of -200 apply).
- Refunds on your losing bet will be credited as a free bet after the qualifying bet settles.
- Free bet will expire 7-days after issuance.

Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 10:00 AM ET on September 1, 2022, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on February 28, 2023.
Who Is Eligible For Promo
The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and are physically present in CO, MI, NJ, or PA during the Promotion Period.
Action Required
In order to qualify for a Promotion, you must register during the Promotion Period, confirm your identity, and opt-in to the Promotion in the Challenges section of your TSG Account. You must place your first real money wager on any market available through FOX Bet Sportsbook within the first seven (7) days of opting in to the Promotion ; provided that the final price of your wager must be -200 or greater.
How To Claim a Promo Offer
If your Eligible Bet loses, you will receive a single Sportsbook Free Bet up to $50 (Promotion Bonus) if your Eligible Bet wins, you will not receive any Promotion Bonus. The Promotion Bonus will be credited to your TSG Account in 72 hours (72) of settlement of your Eligible Wager if the applicable Promotion Bonus is applicable.
What Is the Registration Procedure
First, you have to be a FOX Bet Sportsbook, PokerStars Casino, or PokerStars member of any TSG Account in order to make it through the Promotion. Sign up and verify your identity to access either the FOX Bet Sportsbook or the PokerStars Casino. Creating a TSG Account at https://www.foxbet.com is completely free. By signing up and creating a TSG Account, participants will be required to agree to the TSG Privacy Policy and the Terms.
What Are Wagering Requirements
Any wager made prior to opting-in to the Promotion or wagers made on or after the seventh (7) day after opting-in will not be considered an Eligible Wager. Wagers with final odds shorter than -200 will not be considered an Eligible Wager and wagers settled using the Cash Out functionality will not be considered an Eligible Wager. Bets made using free bets or any bonus received from a separate Sponsor promotion will not be considered an Eligible Wager.
How To Order Funds Used for Wagering
Manually selecting Sportsbook Free Bets from your FOX Bet Account lets them be used before deposited funds when wagering.
What Are Restrictions on Withdrawal
The Promotion Bonus is not transferable and may not be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Promotion Bonus is not withdrawable, but any winnings therefrom (minus the stake) are immediately withdrawable. You may only use the Promotion Bonus to wager on your TSG Account. The Promotion Bonus will automatically be removed from your TSG Account 7 days after receiving it. You may withdraw your deposit before this date without penalty.
How To Cancel Participation in Promo
If you want to cancel your participation in this Promotion, contact customer support at [email protected]. Once you’ve cancelled, you may remove any funds deposited into your account without restriction. However, any Promotion Bonus balance in your account may not be withdrawn.
