Description of Promotion

A Bonus Bet is a credit that players can use to place a bet without needing to spend cash. It cannot be withdrawn or cashed out by participants. A Bonus Bet credit can only be used once and cannot be used with any winnings. It must be used within seven days after being credited to a participant’s account.

How to Participate:

• Download the BetMGM Sports app on your smartphone or tablet, or visit betmgm.com to sign up for a BetMGM Sports account.
• Make a minimum deposit of $10 into your account.
• Place your bet to get up to $1,000 back in your Bonus Bets if it loses.

Promotion Period

The Promotion is available for qualifying customers from January 1, 2022, until December 31, 2023.

Who Is Eligible For Promo

Promotion is open to participants who, at the time of wagering, are located in a state or jurisdiction in which Sports Promotion promotes sports wagering services through Promoter ‘s website. Players over 21 years old are eligible. Players who during the Promotion Period make both a first deposit of cash in to their online BetMGM Sports account and place their first actual-money sports wager using their online BetMGM Sports account. If you elect to cash out your first bet early, either through Cash Out or Automatic Cash Out, you will not be eligible for this Sports Promotion.

How To Claim a Promo Offer

To claim this Sports Promotion, you must, during the Promotional Period, visit www.betmgm.com or download the BetMGM Sports mobile application, open a BetMGM Sports wagering account, deposit at least $10 into your account, and place, as your first real-money bet after opening your account, any sports wager using funds you deposited into your account (a Qualifying Bet). Only the first $1,000 of the Qualifying Bet is eligible for this promotion. Wagers placed, in whole or in part, using Bonus Bets, Odds Boost Tokens, or Bet Insurance Tokens (or other promotional offers as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion) will not be Qualifying Bets for the purposes of this Sports Promotion.

After placing your Qualifying Bet, if your Qualifying Bet is a losing one (as determined by the Promoter), you will be awarded Bonus Bet credits, in a quantity equivalent to the smaller of the sum of your Qualifying Bet, and up to $1,000 (Bonus Bets or Reward).

The promoter will give a maximum of $1,000 in Bonus Bet credits, even where the amount wagered in the Qualifying Bet is more than $1,000.

If you lose a Qualifying Bet and it is more than $50, you’ll get five (5) Bonus Bets back in the same denominations of 20% of the total amount up to $1,000. If the Qualifying Bet is less than $50, you’ll receive a single Bonus Bet back in a single denomination equal to that amount of the Qualifying Bet.

What Restrictions There Are On Your Bonus Bet

• Each Bonus Bet can only be used once. Each Bonus Bet is specified as a single straight bet or a single parlay and cannot be made into different arrangements. All Bonus Bets will be credited to your account promptly (generally, within 24 hours) after a Qualifying Bet is lost.
• Bonus Bets will be limited to no more than five (5) per person, account, household (IP address), or PC. All taxes, fees, and costs, related to acceptance and use, or for prizes, are the responsibility of participants.
• Rewards cannot be transferred by participants, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash and are valid for only the items listed above, with no transfer of Rewards by participants. If a Reward is not claimed within a reasonable time after notification from Promoter, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion, then the Reward will be forfeited.
• Bonus Bets may only be claimed through the BetMGM Sports website or mobile application and must be used within 7 days of them being credited to your account. Bonus Bets cannot be redeemed for cash or withdrawn from your account. You will not be able to Cash Out your Bonus Bet(s).
• Bonus Bets cannot be redeemed on any other BetMGM brands.
• Bonus Bets do not count toward any qualification requirements for any other promotional offers, unless otherwise specifically stated by the Terms & Conditions of such promotional offer. The value of the Bonus Bet, once redeemed, will not be included in any winnings.
• If your Bonus Bet is void, in whole or in part, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion (including, without limitation, if the game event on which the Bonus Bet was placed is cancelled), your Bonus Bet will be returned to your account.

How To Cancel Participation in Promo

If you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact Customer Support. Upon cancellation, you can withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction, but any Promotion Bonus amount in your account may not be withdrawn.
