Description of Promotion
Welcome to the No Sweat First Bet promotion of Up to $3000 (the “Promotion”). It is open to all participants who place their first real money wager on the FanDuel Sportsbook product (“Sportsbook Bonus Bets”) equal to the amount of that wager, up to Three Thousand Dollars ($3000), if that wager loses.
The Promotion is sponsored by Betfair Interactive US, LLC (“FanDuel” or the “Sponsor”), located at 6701 Center Drive West, Suite 1000, Los Angeles, CA 90045. The terms “you” or “your” mean the person to whom a Promotion Bonus (defined herein) is issued to upon satisfaction of the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion. Redemption of the Promotion is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of and compliance with all of these Promotion “Terms and Conditions”. Promotion participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by the Sponsor.
How to Participate:
- Sign up for FanDuel Sportsbook
- Place your first cash bet
- If your bet loses, you’ll get your stake back as a bonus bet (up to $3,000).
- Your first bet with FanDuel Sportsbook will count toward this promotion (if you have multiple selections on one betslip, it will be the first selection you make).
- Bonus funds are not eligible for this promotion.
- Promotional bonuses do not apply to cashed out bets.
- One promotional bonus is allowed per person. A maximum of $3,000 in bonus bets in the bonus bet (within 72 hours of bet settlement) is allowed.
Bonus Bets:
- Bonus bets do not necessarily need to be used at one time.
- You can update your bet slip to wager the desired amount on bonus bets. As long as the remaining bonus bet balance remains in your account, you can update it at any time.
Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM ET on January 30, 2023 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on February 12, 2023.
Who Is Eligible For Promo
The Promotion is only open to individuals who are (i) at least 21 years of age and (ii) physically present in AZ, CO, CT, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA (excluding the following perishes: Caldwell, Catahoula, Franklin, Jackson, LaSalle, Sabine, Union, West Carroll and Winn), MD, MI, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, VA, WV or WY during the Promotion Period.
Action Required
You place a deposit of at least ten dollars ($10) and place your first real money wager of any type using your FanDuel Account on the FanDuel Sportsbook.
Eligible Markets
Eligible Wager must be your first real money wager placed using your FanDuel Account.
How To Claim a Promo Offer
You will receive Sportsbook Bonus Bets equal to the amount of your losing Eligible Wager, up to a maximum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3000) (Promotion Bonus) after fulfilling Promotion Requirements and if your Eligible Wager loses. If you win your Eligible Bet, you will not be eligible for the Promotion Bonus. The Promotion Bonus will be credited to your FanDuel account within 72 hours of your satisfaction of the Promotion Requirements. You may use only Sportsbook Bonus Bets to make wagers on your FanDuel Sportsbook.
What Is Registration Procedure
Eligible individuals must have an active FanDuel Sportsbook member account ( FanDuel Account ) and meet the identity requirements required in order to play on the FanDuel Sportsbook. Creating a FanDuel Account is free. Participants who enter their personal information onto the FanDuel platform and create a FanDuel Account must agree with the FanDuel Privacy Policy and Terms.
What Are Wagering Requirements
Any bet placed after the expiration of the Promotional Period will not be deemed an Eligible Bet. Separately, bets which are settled using the Cash Out option will not be considered an Eligible Wagers.
How To Order Funds Used for Wagering
Sports Book Bonus Bets need to be selected manually in the FanDuel Account wager window before deposited funds are to be used when wagering.
What Are Restrictions on Withdrawal
The Promotion Bonus is not transferable and is not substitutable except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Promotion Bonus is non-withdrawable, but any winnings therefrom are immediately available for withdrawal. Any unused portion of the Promotion Bonus will be automatically removed from your FanDuel Account 14 days after being credited to your FanDuel Account.
How To Cancel Participation in Promo
Contact customer support at www.support.fanduel.com if you’d like to cancel participation in this Promotion. Upon cancellation, you can withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any relevant Promotion Bonus funds will remain in your account.
